Prices

• $125-$145/per night and $750-$950/per week
• 50% deposit due with reservation and remainder due 30 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations with 30 days notice will receive a full refund less $35 processing fee
• Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will receive 50% refund minus $35 processing fee
• Cancellations with two weeks notice are not eligible for a refund
• The cleaning fee is $50 for stays less than 30 days and $100 for stays longer than 30 days
• Monthly rate for Junie's Cottage is $1600 and for Emili's Cottage $1850

Check in

Check in is at 4:00 pm and Check out is at 11:00 am. If you need to adjust your arrival or departure time please check with us. We are flexible whenever possible.

Security Deposit

A deposit of $500.00 (credited toward your stay) is required if you are booking more than 30 days in advance of your stay. The balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. Your deposit may be made by check, money order or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover). If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival date, your payment is due in full.

Damage Policy

We require a credit card on file in case of damages. We make every effort to ensure that everything is perfect for your stay. We expect that our guests will leave the cottage in the same condition in which they found it. Therefore, if anything is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to charge you accordingly.

Extra Guests

For parties that exceed four guests, there is a $20.00 charge per person, per night. Weekly rates for an additional guest: add additional $140.00.

Pet fees

There will be an additional, non-refundable charge of $100. Dogs are not permitted on the beds. If comforters or duvets require dry cleaning due to pet hair, there will be an automatic charge of $75 added to your bill.

Cancellation

We know that plans can go astray. We do however rely primarily on advance reservations and cancellations cannot readily be filled. So to be fair to all concerned, our policy is as follows: If reservations are canceled more than 30 days prior to your arrival, all monies paid will be refunded, minus a $35 processing fee. If reservations are canceled between 16 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of your rental charges will be refunded and the balance will be treated as a credit toward a future stay. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, a full credit of your charges will be applied to a future stay.

Minimum Stays

During In Season, we have a three-night minimum stay. That being said, we are flexible when we can be and will entertain shorter bookings based on our reservations.
